The possibility of fracture can occur in three places: at the end of the outer, middle or base of the balancer.
Repairs can be done is by gluing using power glue or epoxy glue. To strengthen the connection can plug pins in the middle of both broken rod and or give socket covering the broken part.
Giving pin can be done by: drill a hole in the both balancer rod that broke about 5 mm (depending on size of balancer rod), then drops power glue on the both hole and insert the pin at the same time to do connecting.
If the broken at the end of the outside right on the ballast may be difficult to do connecting. The solution is to not connect, but gives a weight at the end of, to be wrapped around tin solder and glue so that the location of loops are not shifted. Should be done also on the other side by cutting the balancer in the same position, the goal to keep it balanced.

saya pernah beli helicoptr yg spt diatas gambarnya (cuma warna hijau), harganya lumayan cukup mahal, ga ada satu hari umurnya dah rusak (makluuum untuk anak, saking senengnya dbeliin), sampai skarang blum diservis dah ditanya k tokonya langsung biaya servicenya cukup mahal akhirnya jadi pajangan diatas lemari..... hhhhhhhhhhhh, kaciaan deeeh anakku.
